Toilet Training Workshop for Parents (On-site)

Toilet training can be one of the most challenging and sensitive parts of parenting, especially when raising a neurodiverse child. This workshop is thoughtfully designed to provide practical tools, emotional support, and evidence-based strategies to help parents approach toilet training with confidence and patience.

We recognize that each child’s development is unique, and so are their needs. Whether your child is showing readiness or you’re unsure where to begin, this training meets you where you are. We aim to create a safe, interactive, and judgment-free space where you can ask questions, share concerns, and learn skills that work in real life.

This workshop will:

  • Help parents understand developmental milestones and readiness signs in neurodiverse children.
  • Offer simple, structured steps to begin and sustain toilet training.
  • Address common challenges like constipation, sensory differences, resistance, or regressions.
  • Encourage the use of visual supports, routines, and reward systems that align with your child’s
    learning style.
  • Promote independence and dignity in self-care, fostering long-term habits.

Above all, the workshop is about empowering you—the parent—as the most important and consistent teacher in your child’s life.
